Returns and refund policy

Lust clothing is committed to ensuring customers are satisfied with their products and want to ensure you have the ability to return items that you are not satisfied with

Our returns policy is split into 2 categories

Damaged, missing and incorrect items

If your delivery arrives and there are missing products, an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item (size/colour/product different from that ordered) you have 20 days from delivery to request a full refund or replacement. In this instance, there is no requirement to send the item back.

Change of mind

If the product is intact and as described, but you simply have had a change of mind following receiving the item you can request to return the item for a refund. This has to be requested within 7 days of delivery and the item will need to be sent back to the address provided. Item must be in a re-saleable condition. Postage costs are not refundable. Excludes lingerie.

There are two ways in which a refund can be requested

If you have an account with us and completed the order using this account, you can simply log in to your account select orders, and then click the ‘refund’ button next to the relevant order.

online form

If you are unable to find the order in your account or you completed the order as a guest user, you can also request a refund by filling out our return request form.
